Dear friends in Christ, We appreciate you considering Candra All4him Ministries to come and be a part of your services and venue. We prayerfully consider all opportunities to come and serve in the various ministries we are called to. Candra is a worship Pastor and leader to her home church Faith Center in Great Falls MT and is sensitive to fulfilling all of her existing commitments in accepting invitation for other ministry opportunities. With this in mind, we want to clearly communicate our ministry options and necessary expectations upfront so we can be of the same mindset in booking our services. The following are ways our ministry is able to serve you.
Worship Events:
One of Candra’s main calls in ministry is to usher people into the presence of God through worship. Her heart is not to do concerts and is not interested in being booked for them. Generally where a concert is promoted people are coming with the expectation of a performance. Candra’s focus is to direct the attention of praises to the Lord that He would be glorified in their time of worship. Please know her heart is that people would experience God and walk away changed by His touch. In worship events we bring a team of four musicians and one sound person. This is a seamless team and bringing them allows Candra to focus on the ministry at hand.
Speaking Events:
With Candra’s recent release of His Promise …20 Years Later, her message is directed toward facing life’s trials and taking our eyes off of our situation and placing them on Christ. It is then that we truly walk through whatever we are facing victoriously. Her book is a personal testimony to her journey as a teen faced with pregnancy. The Lord in His grace reveals a Vision that directs her to walking out what seemed impossible completely surrendering to the Lord.
In speaking events Candra also travels with one additional minsitry member.
Worship Training Conference:
Candra has over 20 years of experience in building teams and creating systems to maximize team growth. Her expertise in multi-tasking allows her to own and manage multiple companies and mentor various worship teams and individuals while leading worship in her home church and special events. She inspires others to use the gifts God has given them and encourages people to open their hearts to the gospel and God’s grace found in scriptures. Our desire is to specifically build a teaching environment that would be a blessing to your congregation’s needs. Depending on what you would like your conference to look like would determine the number of team members. There is a minimum of 3 people to a maximum of 8 people for ministry if you desire worship.
Booking an Event:
All4Him Ministries does not require a set fee for their ministry. We do ask that you cover all of the ministry’s travel expenses which include airfare/gas expense, hotel and food. All flights are out of the Great Falls MT airport and would need to be secured by the booking venue at time of booking flights. We operate in faith and honor and believe ministers are worthy of being blessed for the grace on their lives and their hard work. Therefore would ask you to prayerfully consider an honorarium which keeps in mind the number of ministry team members, travel time, preparation, and time away from work and family that all members of our team take to bring the best they can before the Lord with you and your venue.
If you are in agreement with all of this, the next step is to fill out the invitation form. If you do so, we are expecting that your decision makers be in agreement with all of the details of this letter. We take all of our invitations to the Lord and will respond in a timely manner.
